In this interactive workshop, Grace Huang, Editor-in-Chief of MedEdPORTAL and editorial board member for Academic Medicine, will discuss how every teaching activity is an opportunity to 'make it count twice' by transforming it into a scholarly product. She will focus on educational interventions that have generalizable value to others and have been evaluated to some extent and will provide tips on how to position your work in a way that highlights your ideas.

∙ Describe publishing venues for medical education work, using Academic Medicine and MedEdPORTAL as exemplars
∙ Develop short-term goals for disseminating their work and ideas through scholarship
