ASH Guidelines on Use of Anticoagulation in Patients with COVID-19



ASH has developed clinical practice guidelines on the use of anticoagulation for prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients with COVID-19. This webinar will highlight the guideline recommendations along with the underlying evidence and rationale for the recommendations.
Educational Objectives:
• Review two case-based presentations on recommendations for the use of anticoagulation to prevent venous thromboembolism in acutely and critically ill patients with COVID-19
• Describe the current evidence, research needs, and ASH plans to update the systematic reviews and recommendations
• Provide an opportunity for Q&A
